   It should be on the backbone for Fidonet...  That is the proper echotag.   
   Mark Hofmann is the moderator, and set it up so that there would be a   
   place for people to talk about weather, since the WEATHER echo is more a   
   read-only alerts area...  :)  It's been a couple years or so now since
