   I knew about the Dale Shipp part but didn't know all the particulars.  I still   
   see the occasional message from a BW system but usually offline is QWK these   
   days.  I think that is far more common.

   I didn't know about any of the above, except the 'good programmer' part.    
   Myself I just use a straight 'linux' terminal as it is the best, bar none.    
   When telnetting, which isn't often these days, I just use the same terminal   
   that I use for everything else.  That is the true beauty of my linux boxes.  I   
   don't really need zmodem as I got all sorts of transfer abilities at my   
   fingertips.  However, DOS definetly needs good programmers for it to network,   
   nevermind just Fido stuff, so I can see why you would be even more enomoured   
   with hubby.  ;-)
