Try not to        handle the mixture more than necessary or the pastry will be tough.        When the mixture is a fine crumbly texture add very cold water, a        little at a time, until the pastry holds together. Roll out on a        floured board.               Pie:               Steam the Brussels sprouts until soft. Steam carrots and parsnips in a        separate pan. Mash the carrots and parsnips together and add the        herbs and seasoning. Mix in the greens and fill the pie crust with        the mixture. Cover the top with a layer of grated cheese and slices        of tomato and bake the pie for 20 minutes at 300?F until the top is        golden and the pastry done. Adjust the vegetables according to your        choice and the season.               Recipe by Vegetarian Food For All by Annabel Perkins              MMMMM       --- SBBSecho 3.37-Linux        * Origin: End Of The Line BBS - endofthelinebbs.com (1:124/5016)       SEEN-BY: 10/0 1 18/200 102/401 103/1 705 105/81 106/201 124/0 5016       SEEN-BY: 128/187 129/14 305 153/7715 154/110 214/22 218/0 1 109 215       SEEN-BY: 218/601 700 810 840 860 880 900 226/30 227/114 229/110 134       SEEN-BY: 229/206 300 307 317 400 426 428 452 470 664 700 705 266/512       SEEN-BY: 291/111 292/854 301/1 320/219 322/757 342/200 396/45 460/58       SEEN-BY: 633/280 712/848 902/26 5020/400 5075/35       PATH: 124/5016 218/700 229/426           |
