         4    Green onions; finely chopped   
       1/2 bn Parsley; chopped   
     1 1/2 ts Curry powder; to taste   
     1 1/2 ts Dill; to taste   
     1 1/2 ts Garlic; to taste   
      
   MMMMM----------------------TOFU MAYONNAISE---------------------------   
         1 lb Tofu   
         6 cl Garlic   
         6 tb Soy Sauce   
         2    Lemons; juice of   
         2 tb Sesame oil   
         2 ts Kelp   
         4 ts Ground coriander   
         4 ts Caraway seed   
         1 bn Fresh parsley   
      
     Tofu Mayonnause:   
      
     Blend. You may need to add a bit of water. This should be quite thick.   
      
     Curried Cashew Sandwich Spread:   
      
     Mix all ingredients. This is delicious on crackers, toast, or whole   
     grain bread with tomatoes and sprouts.
