      TZUTC: -0500       MSGID: 54898.fido_cooking@1:124/5016 2c7aa7b2       PID: Synchronet 3.21a-Linux master/3d87546c9 Apr 27 2025 GCC 13.3.0       TID: SBBSecho 3.37-Linux master/c03919b6f Feb 11 2026 GCC 13.3.0       BBSID: EOTLBBS       CHRS: UTF-8 4       FORMAT: flowed       MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06                Title: Blend Of The Bayou        Categories: Seafood, Vegetables, Cheese, Mushrooms, Breads        Yield: 8 servings                8 oz Cream cheese; in cubes        4 tb Butter; divided        1 lg Onion; chopped        2 Celery ribs; chopped        1 lg Bell pepper; chopped        1 lb Cooked U-40 shrimp; peeled,        - deveined        12 oz (2 cans) crabmeat; drained,        - flaked, cartilage removed        10 3/4 oz Can cream of mushroom soup;        - undiluted        3/4 c Cooked rice        4 1/2 oz Jar sliced mushrooms;        - drained        1 ts Garlic salt        3/4 ts Hot pepper sauce        1/2 ts Cayenne pepper        3/4 c Shredded cheddar Cheese        1/2 c Crushed butter-flavored        - (Ritz) crackers (abt 12)        Thin sliced green onions;        - opt                Set oven @ 350ºF/175ºC.                In a saucepan, cook and stir cream cheese and 2        tablespoons butter over low heat until melted and        smooth.                In a large cast-iron or other ovenproof skillet, saute        onion, celery and green pepper in remaining butter until        tender. Stir in shrimp, crab, soup, rice, mushrooms,        garlic salt, pepper sauce, cayenne and cream cheese        mixture.                Combine Cheddar cheese and cracker crumbs; sprinkle over        top.
