         Title: Kimchi Jar Ramen Noodles

         1    Empty kimchi jar or any   
              - mason jar   
         1 ts Soy sauce   
         1 ts Sesame oil   
         1 tb Gochujang (Korean chili   
              - paste)   
       1/4 ts Paprika   
       1/4 ts Cayenne   
       1/4 ts Chili powder   
       1/4 ts Garlic powder   
       1/4 ts Cumin   
       1/4 c  Cashews; chopped (optional)   
         1 pk Miso soup mix   
       1/4 c  Extra firm tofu; cubed   
       1/8 c  Onions; sliced   
       1/8 c  Snow peas; chopped   
       1/8 c  Broccoli; chopped   
       1/2 tb Fresh jalapeno   
       1/8 c  Canned corn   
       1/8 c  Carrot   
       1/2 pk Ramen noodles   
       1/4 c  Kimchi & juice   
       1/2 c  Water; boiling   
      
     Cooking time: 15 minutes   
      
     Add soy sauce, gochujang, nuts, and spices into jar.   
      
     Add miso soup powder.   
      
     Layer in tofu and vegetables.   
      
     Next add noodles.   
      
     Final layer is the kimchi--preferably old kimchi.   
      
     Add boiling water, almost to the top of the jar.   
      
     Put the lid on jar and let the jar sit for ~ 2 minutes. Shake.   
      
     Eat right out of the jar or pour into bowl. Serve with kimchi.
