Add eggs & mix thoroughly. Blend        in zucchini & buttermilk. Sift dry ingredients together & add to        mixture alternating with buttermilk, beginning & ending with flour        mixture. Fold in granola. Pour into greased & floured 9x5" loaf pan.        Bake at 350?F for 55 to 60 minutes. Remove from pan immediately;        cool before slicing.
