Remove cinnamon sticks--strain for cinnamon tea.               Capirotada:               Soak raisins and chopped pecans in 3 cups of the cinnamon tea. In a        casserole dish, layer toast, cheese, mixture of raisins and pecans,        and brown sugar--in that order. Pour remaining cinnamon tea over        casserole. Bread should be very moist.
