Using bacon drippings, brown meat slightly. Stir in onion,        pepper, tomatoes, and chili mix--allow to simmer 10 to 15 minutes.        Combine tomatoes and corn in another pan, let heat through. Pour into        a greased casserole dish, then spread meal mixture on top.
