       1/3 c  Lemon juice   
         3 cl (to 4) garlic; minced   
       1/4 ts Coarse ground pepper   
       
     In a salad bowl, combine the first 5 ingredients. In a   
     small bowl, whisk the oil, lemon juice, garlic and   
     pepper. Pour over salad; toss to coat.
