         3 ts Chilli spice mix   
         1 ts Ground cumin   
         1 ts Pepper   
       1/4 ts Salt   
         4    (4 oz ea) boned, skinned   
              - chicken breast halves   
         2 ts Oil   
        15 oz Can black beans; rinsed,   
              - drained   
         1 c  Frozen corn   
         1 c  Salsa   
         2 c  Hot cooked brown rice   
              Minced fresh cilantro; opt   
       
     In a small bowl, mix seasonings; sprinkle over both   
     sides of chicken. In a large nonstick skillet, heat oil   
     over medium heat. Brown chicken on both sides.   
        
     Add beans, corn and salsa to skillet; cook, covered,   
     10-15 minutes. Serve with rice and if desired, cilantro.
