Even so Jasper, Eva        and Isobel (the three pooches) would eat well after a couple days. That       being said - I'm not much on taco salads. Much prefer other Mex, Tex-       Mex or Cal-Mex things.              MMMMM---- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06               Title: Sol Y Luna Garlic Bread Roasted Tomato Bruschetta        Categories: Breads, Vegetables, Herbs        Yield: 10 servings               1 Loaf Sol Y Luna garlic bread        1 pt Cherry tomatoes; halved        1 ts Kosher salt        1/2 ts Freshly cracked black pepper        1/8 c Honey        1/4 c Extra virgin olive oil        1 tb Fresh oregano; fine chopped        1 tb Fresh thyme; fine chopped                Set oven @ 450ºF/232ºC.               If you don’t have a pre-prepared garlic bread, slice a        baguette and slather with butter, crushed garlic cloves,        and fresh herbs.               Slice tomatoes in half, and toss with remaining        ingredients. Place tomatoes on parchment paper-lined        bbaking sheet.               Roast tomatoes in oven for 45 minutes, or until tomatoes        have broken down.               Reduce oven to 400ºF/205ºC. Wrap garlic bread in foil.        Place in center rack and bake for 15-20 minutes until        bread is crusty on outside and butter has melted and        garlic is fragrant.               Slice bread and top with tomato mixture. Enjoy that        garlicky, tomatoey goodness!               By Dee Dee Eberle               RECIPE FROM: https://mymidlifekitchen.com               Uncle Dirty Dave's Archives              MMMMM              ...
