Have to make it first ... and have storage space. Even so Jasper, Eva
and Isobel (the three pooches) would eat well after a couple days. That
being said - I'm not much on taco salads. Much prefer other Mex, Tex-
   Mex or Cal-Mex things.

Title: Sol Y Luna Garlic Bread Roasted Tomato Bruschetta
    Categories: Breads, Vegetables, Herbs
         Yield: 10 servings

1 Loaf Sol Y Luna garlic bread
         1 pt Cherry tomatoes; halved
         1 ts Kosher salt
1/2 ts Freshly cracked black pepper
       1/8 c Honey
1/4 c Extra virgin olive oil
1 tb Fresh oregano; fine chopped
1 tb Fresh thyme; fine chopped

     Set oven @ 450ºF/232ºC.

If you don’t have a pre-prepared garlic bread, slice a
baguette and slather with butter, crushed garlic cloves,
     and fresh herbs.

Slice tomatoes in half, and toss with remaining
ingredients. Place tomatoes on parchment paper-lined
     bbaking sheet.

Roast tomatoes in oven for 45 minutes, or until tomatoes
     have broken down.

Reduce oven to 400ºF/205ºC. Wrap garlic bread in foil.
Place in center rack and bake for 15-20 minutes until
bread is crusty on outside and butter has melted and
     garlic is fragrant.

Slice bread and top with tomato mixture. Enjoy that
     garlicky, tomatoey goodness!
