Trim fat from chops & heat in        skillet. Remove trimmings & brown chops, seasoning with 1 ts chili        mixture. Drain off fat. Add rice, tomatoes, olives, green pepper,        onion, & sugar. Border with zucchini. Sprinkle all with remaining        chili mixture.
