         1 lb Zucchini   
         1 cn Chili con carne   
              Parmesan cheese; grated   
      
     Wash & trim zucchini; cook whole in boiling, salted water for 15   
     minutes. Drain, cut lengthwise in havles and arrange in greased   
     shallow baking dish. Pour chili over the zucchini & sprinkle with   
     grated parmesan cheese. Bake in moderate oven (350?F) for 20 minutes.
