         Title: Ay Chihuahua Chili!
    Categories: Beef, Chili
         Yield: 1 Batch

3 lb Lean beef; coarse ground
        15 oz Can tomato sauce
         2 Onions; chopped
        12 Red peppers
              Chili pods
         3 tb Flour
         1 tb Paprika
     3 1/2 ts Chili powder
     1 1/2 ts Oregano
     1 1/2 ts Comino seed
              Garlic
         1 ts Salt
         1 ts Liquid red pepper
         1 ts Cayenne pepper

A very hot chili, but has a great flavor.

In a large pot, brown meat until gray--add tomato sauce and enough
water to cover and stir in. Stir in liquid red pepper and chili
powder; then oregano, comino seed, onions, garlic, salt, cayenne
pepper, and paprika--stir well. Stir in red peppers and chili pods.
Lower heat and simmer for about 1 hour and 45 minutes, stirring at
intervals. About 30 minutes before end of cooking, skim off
grease--add flour paste. Taste for seasoning.
