       1/2 lb Velveeta cheese   
       1/2 tb Oil   
         1 ts Oregano   
         1 ts Cumin   
         1 tb Chili powder   
       1/8 ts Garlic salt   
              Pepper; to taste   
      
     Heat oil, saute beef, then add remaining ingredients except for   
     cheese. Stir until all is mixed, then add cheese. Simmer, stirring   
     until cheese has melted. Serve with tostados or corn chips.
