         1    Red pepper;   
              - deseeded, chopped   
         1    Yellow pepper;   
              - deseeded, chopped   
         1    Orange pepper;   
              - deseeded, chopped   
         4    Celery ribs;   
              - up to 5, chopped   
        20 oz Mushrooms (2 cans);   
              - drained,   
              - sliced or chopped   
        56 oz Diced tomatoesu   
              - (2 cans) -OR-   
         2 l  Tomatoes; diced,   
              - fresh or frozen   
        19 oz Can red kidney beans;   
              - drained   
        19 oz Can white kidney beans;   
              - drained   
        19 oz Chickpeas; drained   
        19 oz Lentils; drained   
         1 tb Worcestershire sauce   
         1 tb Mustard   
         1 ts Chili; crushed   
         1 ts Salt   
       1/2 ts Basil   
       1/2 ts Black pepper   
       1/2 ts Cumin   
       1/2 ts Garlic   
       1/2 ts Greek seasoning   
       1/2 ts Oregano   
       1/2 ts Red pepper   
       1/2 ts Sage   
       1/2 ts Thyme   
       
     Mix up (as you add ingredients), heat and simmer for at least 1 hour,   
     or cook at low in slow cooker for several hours.
