         Title: Desros Lithuanian Sausage

        10 lb Pork shoulders   
         2 lb Onions   
         1 tb Pepper   
         1 tb Allspice   
         2 oz Salt   
         2 c  Water   
       
     Finely dice the onions and saute in a light butter substitute like   
     Whirl.   
        
     Cool and grind the meat in a 3/8" grinding plate.   
        
     Mix all the ingredients in the water and add to the ground pork.   
        
     tuff into a 36 to 38 mm hog skin and let the sausage stand overnight   
     in the cooler.   
        
     Cook to order.   
        
     Per serving: 238 cal, 12 g fat (45% CFF), 4 g sat fat, 30 g protein,   
     3 g carbs, 101 mg cholesterol, 849 mg sodium
