         4 cl Garlic   
         1 tb Mint; chopped   
         4 tb Cilantro; chopped   
         1    Green chile; preferably   
              - bird's eye chile   
       1/2 ts Red chili flakes   
              Salt; to taste   
       
     Preparation time: 10 minutes   
        
     Roughly chop all fresh ingredients.   
        
     Place everything including spices, inside a food processor. Pulse   
     until everything is finely ground, and chutney has an even   
     consistency.
