        16 oz Full-fat yogurt   
         4    Mini cucumbers;   
              - peeled & roughly sliced   
         1    Handful mint leaves   
         1    Handful cilantro   
       1/2    Green chile   
       1/2 ts Cumin powder   
         1    Lime; juice of   
              Salt & black pepper;   
              - to taste   
       
     Preparation time: 10 minutes   
        
     Whisk the yogurt to make it an even consistency.   
        
     Toss the sliced cucumbers, cilantro, mint leaves, and half a green   
     chile into a food processor and pulse until they are finely ground.   
        
     Fold the chopped greens, cumin powder, lime juice, salt, and pepper   
     into the yogurt. Mix well.
