This is delicious as a topping for        bruschetta or pasta. You may add cooked chopped greens such as        escarole or broccoli rabe (rapini) to the saute if you like.                Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-low heat. Add the        garlic and cook, stirring, until fragrant, about 30 seconds. Add the        sage and cook, stirring, until fragrant, 30 seconds more.                Add the beans, stirring to coat. Simmer over low heat until hot, 10        to 15 minutes. Season to taste with salt & pepper.
