   Even got some recipes that I'm pretty sure noy fromm Isaac Hayes who was   
   the mouth-piece for the Chef character.   
      
   MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06   
      
         Title: Chocolate Salty Balls    
    Categories: Candy, Chocolate, Chilies, Nuts   
         Yield: 1 dozen   
      
         1 c  Dark chocolate chips   
       1/2 c  Heavy cream   
       1/4 c  Unsalted butter   
         1 ts Cinnamon   
       1/2 c  Crushed pecans   
       1/4 ts Cayenne pepper   
         1 c  Powdered sugar   
      
     In a small saucepan, heat the heavy cream and butter   
     over low heat until the butter is melted.   
      
     Add the dark chocolate chips and stir until melted and   
     smooth.   
      
     Remove from heat and stir in the cinnamon, crushed   
     pecans, and cayenne pepper.   
      
     Refrigerate the mixture for 1-2 hours, or until firm.   
      
     Using a small cookie scoop, form the mixture into balls   
     and roll them in powdered sugar.   
      
     Refrigerate for another 30 minutes before serving.
