         3 c A-P flour
         2 tb Sugar
1/4 oz Env active dry yeast
         1 ts Salt
         1 c Water
         2 tb Butter
         1 lg Egg; room temp
              Melted butter

In a large mixer bowl, combine 2 cups flour, sugar,

120o-130o. Add to dry ingredients; beat until blended.

Stir dough down. Fill 12 greased muffin cups half full.
Cover and let rise until doubled, about 15 minutes.

Bake @ 350oF/175oC until golden brown, 15-20 minutes.
Cool for 1 minute before removing from pan to a wire
rack. Brush tops with melted butter.
