         Title: McDonald’s Big Mac Sauce   
    Categories: Sauces, Vegetables   
         Yield: 16 burgers   
      
         1 c  Mayonnaise   
       1/4 c  Heinz India sweet pickle   
              - relish   
         2 tb Gulden's brown mustard   
     1 1/2 ts White vinegar   
     1 1/4 ts Paprika   
         1 ts Onion powder   
         1 ts Granulated garlic   
       1/4 ts Ground white pepper   
      
     Combine all the ingredients in a small bowl and   
     mix well.   
        
     Let the sauce rest for 1 hour before serving.   
      
     MAKES: 16 servings
