   Nice!  I don't personally believe that ketchup is important for meatloaf.   
   I do recall as a kid slicing leftover meatloaf for sandwiches, made with   
   mayonnaise and black pepper.

   MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06   
       
         Title: Savory Loaf   
    Categories: Indian, Vegetarian   
         Yield: 2 Servings   
       
         1 c  Peanuts;   
              - roasted, finely ground   
         1 bn Spinach   
         1    Onion; chopped   
         2 tb Cilantro or parsley   
         1 c  Flattened wheat or rice   
              - (poha)   
       1/2 c  Water   
       1/2 ts Black pepper   
         1 ts Salt   
       
     Boil spinach lightly in water and mash. Add the remaining ingredients   
     and mix well. Put into a greased pan. Bake at 400?F for 30 minutes.
