         Title: Parmesan Chicken   
    Categories: Poultry, Breads, Cheese, Sauces   
         Yield: 6 servings   
       
       1/2 c  Butter, melted   
         2 ts Dijon mustard   
         1 ts Worcestershire sauce   
       1/2 ts Salt   
         1 c  Dry bread crumbs   
       1/2 c  Grated Parmesan cheese   
         6    (7 oz ea) boned, skinned   
              - chicken breast halves   
       
     Set oven @ 350ºF/175ºC.   
        
     In a shallow bowl, combine butter, mustard,   
     Worcestershire sauce and salt. Place bread crumbs and   
     cheese in another shallow bowl. Dip chicken in butter   
     mixture, then in bread crumb mixture, patting to help   
     coating adhere.   
        
     Place in an ungreased 15" X 10" X 1" baking pan. Drizzle   
     with any remaining butter mixture. Bake, uncovered,   
     until a thermometer inserted in chicken reads 165°,   
     25-30 minutes.
