   Here's a Bodle recipe you may like better. He was a big fan of SPAM when
   I joined the echo back in the late 80s.

   It can be improve3de easily by ditching te Whormel Chilli for real chilli
   (Chilli Mna, Ray's, Stagg, Wolf Brand, wtc. even Cctus Annie's)

        15 oz Can Hormel Turkey Chilli

     Heat olive oil in a skillet. Brown Spam slices on both
     sides over medium heat. Remove Spam to paper towels to
     drain. Add peppers, onions and garlic to skillet. Saute
     until tender.

     Drain any remaining oil from skillet; add chilli. Heat
     through, mixing chilli with onions, peppers and garlic.

     Place a slice of Spam on roll bottom, top with a spoon
     full of chilli and a slice of cheese. Put roll top on;
     microwave on high until cheese is melted, about one min.
