Brown and add tomatoes with juice and peppers and bring to        a boil. Reduce heat and add squid or octopus and simmer for 20        minutes. In the last 3 minutes add wine. Serve over hot drained pasta        with grated mix of parmesan and Romano cheese.                Note:                I use our home grown and dried spices.
