         Title: Pepper Jack - Hash Brown Casserole

        30 oz Bag shredded hash brown   
              - potatoes; thawed   
    10 1/2 oz Cream of chicken soup;   
              - undiluted   
         2 c  Shredded pepper jack cheese   
     1 1/2 c  Heavy whipping cream   
       1/2 c  Butter, melted   
       1/2 c  Sour cream   
       1/4 c  Shredded Parmesan cheese   
       1/2 ts Salt   
       1/2 ts Onion powder   
       1/4 ts Garlic powder   
       1/4 ts Pepper   
      
   MMMMM--------------------------TOPPING-------------------------------   
         1 c  Crushed potato chips   
         5 sl Bacon; cooked, crumbled   
       3/4 c  Shredded Parmesan cheese   
         1 ts Paprika   
       
     Set oven @ 350ºF/175ºC.   
        
     In a large bowl, combine the first 11 ingredients.   
     Transfer to a greased 13x9-in. baking dish. For topping,   
     combine the potato chips, bacon and Parmesan; sprinkle   
     over casserole. Top with paprika.   
        
     Bake, uncovered, until edges are bubbly and topping is   
     golden brown, 25-30 minutes.
