Add        milk and mix until combined. Stir in the melted butter                Add 1 tsp. salt to 4 quarts of water. Bring to a boil.        Alternatively, if you're making soup, have the soup        made and at near boiling before making the kluski.                Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl until combined.                Turn the dough out onto a floured surface. Use a rolling        pin or pasta machine to roll the dough to approximately        1/8" thick.
