         1 tb Cumin seed   
         4 tb Cashew nuts   
         1 tb Black pepper; coarse   
       1/2    Coconut; grated   
         1 tb Ghee   
       
     Cook the rice and add to it the cumin, pepper, and coconut. Brown the   
     cashews in ghee and add to the rice. Stir well.
