Repeat with 2 more sheets, folding in any        overlapping edges. Sprinkle with 1/3 of walnut mixture;        alternate layers of 3 sheets of buttered phyllo and        walnut mixture; end with 3 phyllo sheets. Cut into        squares or triangles and bake in a 375ºF/190ºC oven 45        minutes or until golden.                (Blanche's note: better you should take this out of the        oven when it's a shade lighter than you think it needs.        This scorches pretty easily.)                Pour evenly over assembled layers while still hot: 1/2        cup honey                Let cool before removing from dish. Serve at room temp        or reheat briefly in a 350ºF/175ºC oven.                Serves 8 - 10.
