         Title: Lemon Rice

         Yield: 4 Servings   
       
         2 c  Cooked rice   
         4 tb Lemon juice   
         1 ts Turmeric   
       1/4 ts Fenugreek powder   
       1/4 ts Asafoetid powder   
       1/2 ts Black mustard seeds   
       1/2 ts Sesame seeds   
         2 tb Ghee   
         2 ts Salt   
       
     In a large pan, heat the ghee and cook the mustard seeds until they   
     sputter. Turn off the heat, add remaining ingredients--rice last--and   
     toss well. Serve hot, decorated with lemon rings, lime pickle, and   
     salad.
