         Title: Zucchini Bars

       1/2 c  Margarine; melted   
       1/2 c  Cooking oil   
     1 1/2 c  Brown sugar; packed   
         2    Eggs   
         2 tb Water   
         1 ts Vanilla   
       1/4 ts Nutmeg   
     1 1/2 c  All-purpose flour   
       1/2 c  Whole wheat flour   
       1/3 ts Salt   
         1 ts Baking soda   
         1 c  Seedless raisins   
         1 c  Shredded coconut   
     1 1/2 c  Bran cereal buds   
     2 1/2 c  Zucchini; grated, squeezed,   
              - tightly packed   
       
     Mix melted margarine, oil, and sugar. Beat eggs and combine with   
     water, vanilla, and nutmeg. Add to sugar mixture. Sift flours, salt,   
     and baking soda and add to mixture. Stir in remaining ingredients.   
     Spread in two 7-1/2 x 3-1/2" buttered baking pans. Bake at 350?F for   
     40 minutes. Cool before cutting.
