Add the ginger, tomatoes, and balance of the spices and saute        for 5 minutes. Stir continually until ingredients are well blended.        Add green peas and saute for another 2 minutes. Add water and cover;        pressure cook for 1 minyute after bringing to maximum pressure. When        cool, remove lid and add paneer cubes. Simmer for 1 minutee,        uncovered.
