Chances of me voluntarily eating either of the named       ingredients are precisely ZERO. Whilst I have some vegetarian dishes        that have "Kitchen" in the cut line what I posted for "Vegetarian       Month" were gotten by a search of the archives for "Vegan" category.               BC> Here's a casual vegetarian recipe for you from gopherspace.               BC> MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06               BC> Title: Easy Nachos        BC> Categories: Snacks        BC> Yield: 2 Servings               BC> 1/2 lg Bag corn chips        BC> 350 ml Tomato passata        BC> 2/3 cn Red kidney beans; drained        BC> 4 Handfulls baby spinach or        BC> - baby spinach and kale        BC> 1 c Cheese; grated        BC> 2 Dollops sour cream or hummus        BC> 10 dr Tabasco hot sauce              Stir some shredded, cooked gopher (or woodchuck) into that and ...              Here's one I make, eat, and enjoy. I use it mostly for        "pretty" as the flavour isn't much different from the        regular niblets. - UDD                Combine all ingredients in a 6 quart slow cooker.                Set cook time to low and cook for 6 - 8 hours.                Stir chowder, then taste. Season to taste, as needed.                If desired, lightly mash a portion of the chowder with a        potato masher, pastry knife or with a large fork. This        will help to thicken the liquids a bit and make it more        of a soup than a stew.                Serve with optional toppings.                RECIPE FROM: https://thenourishinghome.com                Uncle Dirty Dave's Kitchen               MMMMM              ...
