       1/4 c  Fine chopped green pepper   
       1/4 c  Finely chopped onion   
       
     Set oven @ 400ºF/205ºC.   
        
     In a large bowl, whisk eggs and cream. Stir in the   
     cheese, ham, green pepper and onion. Pour into a greased   
     9-in. square baking dish.   
        
     Bake until the omelet is golden brown and the center is   
     set, 25-30 minutes.
