       1/4 c  Sesame seeds   
       1/4 c  Sunflower seeds   
       1/4 c  Walnuts   
         1 tb Butter   
         1 tb Honey   
      
   MMMMM--------------------------FILLING-------------------------------   
         4    Bananas;   
              - peeled, cut in rounds   
         4    Apples; peeled, quartered   
       1/2 c  Figs or dates; chopped   
       1/2 ts Cinnamon   
         1 tb Lemon juice   
         1 c  Walnuts; finely ground   
       
     Crust:   
        
     Grind sesame, sunflower, and walnuts very fine. Put mixture in a   
     bowl, add butter, and fold together with a knife until well combined.   
     Add honey and stir. Butter a pie dish and mold this crust into the   
     center. With wet fingers, press crust evenly around the pie dish and   
     up the sides. Refrigerate for 1 hour or more.   
        
     Pie:   
        
     Combine bananas, apples, and dried fruit. Mix in lemon juice and   
     cinnamon. Pour into pie crust. Smooth service and top with minced   
     walnuts. Refrigerate overnight or at least 4 hours before serving.
