         Title: Ann's Favorite Salmon Loaf

         Yield: 1 Batch   
       
   MMMMM------------------------SALMON LOAF-----------------------------   
         1    Can salmon;   
              - remove bones & skin   
         1 c  Bread crumbs   
         2 tb Parsley; chopped   
         2 ts Lemon juice   
         1 c  Milk   
         1    Egg; slightly beaten   
         2 tb Onion; chopped   
       1/2 ts Salt   
         1 ds Pepper   
      
   MMMMM------------------------CURRY SAUCE-----------------------------   
         1 tb Butter   
         1 tb Onion; chopped fine   
         1    Can cream of mushroom soup   
         1 ts Curry powder   
       
     Take drained and broken-up salmon and combine with all other   
     ingredients. Place in a greased loaf pan or casserole dish. Bake at   
     375?F for 25 to 30 minutes. Serve with curry sauce.   
        
     Curry Sauce:   
        
     Melt butter and saute onion until brown. Blend in soup and add curry   
     powder. Heat and serve with salmon loaf.
