      MSGID: 1:18/200.0 68d6e1d0       MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06                Title: Peanut Butter Sheet Cake        Categories: Cakes, Desserts, Nuts, Dairy        Yield: 24 servings                2 c A-P flour        2 c Sugar        1 ts Baking soda        1/2 ts Salt        1 c Water        3/4 c Butter; in cubes        1/2 c Chunky peanut butter        1/4 c Canola oil        2 lg Eggs; room temp        1/2 c Buttermilk        1 ts Vanilla extract              MMMMM---------------------------GLAZE--------------------------------        2/3 c Sugar        1/3 c Evaporated milk        1 tb Butter        1/3 c Chunky peanut butter        1/3 c Miniature marshmallows        1/2 ts Vanilla extract                Set oven @ 350ºF/175ºC. Grease a 15" X 10" X 1" baking pan.                In a large bowl, whisk flour, sugar, baking soda and salt. In a small        saucepan, combine water and butter; bring just to a boil. Stir in        peanut butter and oil until blended. Stir into flour mixture. In a        small bowl, whisk eggs, buttermilk and vanilla until blended; add to        flour mixture, whisking constantly.                Transfer to prepared pan. Bake until a toothpick inserted in center        comes out clean, 20-25 minutes.                Meanwhile, for glaze, combine sugar, milk and butter in a saucepan.        Bring to a boil, stirring constantly; cook and stir 2 minutes. Remove        from heat; stir in peanut butter, marshmallows and vanilla until        blended. Spoon over warm cake, spreading evenly.
