       1/2 lb Ground turkey   
       1/4 c  Chopped celery   
         3 tb Chopped onion   
         2 tb Grated carrots   
         1 cl Garlic; minced   
         3 tb Tomato sauce   
         2 tb Chicken broth   
         1 tb Louisiana hot sauce   
     1 1/2 ts Brown sugar   
     1 1/2 ts Red wine vinegar   
       3/4 ts Worcestershire sauce   
           ds Pepper   
         2    Hamburger buns; split   
       1/4 c  Crumbled blue cheese   
       
     In a Dutch oven, cook the first 5 ingredients over   
     medium heat until turkey is no longer pink. Stir in the   
     tomato sauce, chicken broth, hot sauce, brown sugar,   
     vinegar, Worcestershire sauce and pepper; heat through.   
        
     Serve on buns; sprinkle with blue cheese.
