         1 ts Olive oil   
         1 md Onion; chopped   
         1 c  Sliced fresh mushrooms   
         1 c  Diced fully cooked ham   
       1/8 ts Pepper   
       1/2 c  Chicken broth   
       1/4 c  Water   
       3/4 c  Uncooked instant rice   
         2    Green onions; sliced   
       1/4 c  Shredded Parmesan cheese   
       
     In a large nonstick skillet, heat oil over med-high heat;   
     saute onion and mushrooms until tender. Stir in ham,   
     pepper, broth and water; bring to a boil. Stir in rice.   
     Reduce heat; simmer, covered, until rice is tender,   
     about 5 minutes.   
        
     Fluff with a fork. Top with green onions and cheese.
