         Title: Baked Saucy Pork Chops   
    Categories: Pork, Chilies, Vegetables, Sauces   
         Yield: 2 Servings   
       
         2 tb Butter   
         2    Bone-in pork loin chops;   
              - 3/4" thick   
       1/4 c  Chopped onion   
       1/4 c  Maple syrup   
         2 tb Water   
         1 tb Cider vinegar   
         2 ts Worcestershire sauce   
         1 ts Chilli spice mix   
       1/4 ts (ea) salt & pepper   
       1/8 ts Garlic powder   
       
     Set oven @ 350ºF/175ºC.   
        
     In a large skillet, heat butter over medium heat. Brown   
     pork chops on both sides. Transfer to a greased 11" X 7"   
     baking dish; sprinkle with onion.   
        
     In a bowl, mix remaining ingredients; pour over chops.   
     Bake, covered, 15-20 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before   
     serving.
