Fill        a large ladle with the batter and spread it in the skillet to form a        dosa kabout 1./4" thick and 6" in diameter. Sprinkle a few drops of        oil over dosa. Immediately top it evenly with 1 tb mixed vegetables.        Lightly pat the vegetables with a spatula to embed them into the        batter. Allow to cook for 1 to 2 minutes until the underside is a        golden brown. Gently flip to cook other side as well, then turn onto        a plate. Dot with tomato sauce or tomato chutney and serve        immediately. Continue until batter is finished.
