         Title: Sweet & Spicy Pork Chops   
    Categories: Pork, Chilies, Vegetables   
         Yield: 2 Servings   
       
         2 tb Brown sugar   
         1 tb Finely chopped onion   
     1 1/2 ts Chilli spice mix   
       1/2 ts Garlic powder   
       1/2 ts Prepared mustard   
         2    (4 oz ea) boneless pork loin   
              - chops   
              Salt & pepper   
       
     Heat broiler. In a small bowl, mix the first five   
     ingredients.   
        
     Place chops on a broiler pan; sprinkle with salt and   
     pepper. Broil 4" from heat 5 minutes. Turn; top with   
     brown sugar mixture. Broil 4-5 minutes longer.   
        
     Let stand five minutes before serving.
