       1/3 c  Oatmeal   
       1/2 c  Apple juice   
         1 c  Milk   
       1/8 ts Salt   
         3    Eggs   
         1 ts Brown sugar   
       
     Put oatmeal in a pot, add very cold milk, apple juice, and salt. In   
     separate bowl beat eggs well. Bring oatmeal mixture to a boil over   
     medium high heat, lower heat and simmer for about 3 to 5 minutes, add   
     eggs, cook until eggs are done, add brown sugar.   
        
     Serve in a larger than usual bowl or eat right out of the pot.   
        
     Brown sugar substitute may be used, and the recipe may be adjusted   
     for the number of people you are feeding.
