         Title: Grandma's Rice Dish

         1 lb Ground beef   
       1/3 c  Chopped onion   
       1/2 c  Chopped bell pepper   
         2 c  Cooked long grain rice   
    14 1/2 oz Can diced tomatoes;   
              - undrained   
        11 oz Can corn niblets; drained   
     2 1/4 oz Sliced ripe olives; drained   
         6 sl Bacon; cooked crisp,   
              - crumbled   
         2 ts Chilli spice mix   
         1 ts Garlic powder   
       1/2 ts Salt   
     1 1/2 c  Shredded Cheddar cheese;   
              - divided   
       1/2 c  Dry bread crumbs   
         1 tb Butter; melted   
       
     Set oven @ 350ºF/175ºC.   
        
     In a large skillet, cook beef, onion and green pepper   
     over medium heat until meat is no longer pink, breaking   
     it into crumbles; drain.   
        
     Stir in rice, tomatoes, corn, olives, bacon and   
     seasonings; heat through. Stir in 1 cup cheese until   
     melted.   
        
     Transfer to a greased 11x7-in. baking dish. Sprinkle   
     with remaining 1/2 cup cheese. Toss bread crumbs with   
     melted butter; sprinkle over top.   
        
     Bake, uncovered, 15-20 minutes or until cheese is   
     melted.
