Just curious as to whether or not might know if it's illegal (at least in the       state of North Dakota) to babble the name of somebody who is [suspected of       being] a paid informant to local law enforcement. I've got a friend who is       wondering this because he ended up in a really crappy situation that is only       getting worse because of a two-faced informant who uses his paid informant       status with the local law enforcement as a way to get legal immunity locally       (for impunity against his drug habits), as well as a legal bludgeon to use his       kids from his marriage as a pawn against his wife that he is [physically]       separated from. He's a real piece of work, even has a two story house in the       city that he works in where he hides his children from their mother (despite       their still legal marriage and no restraining orders between them) that is       packed full of weapons despite his status as a multiple felon.        Any information you might have on this kind of situation would be greatly       appreciated by my good friend who has ended up in a really shitty raw deal kind       of situation.               --Damo dice, "Perhaps today IS a good day to die!"       --- SBBSecho 2.24-OpenBSD        * Origin: TTBBS-telnet bismaninfo.hopto.org 8023 (1:14/0) (1:282/1057)    |
