   You do far more cooking than I... and would use the broth before it   
   goes bad...  I've saved some in the freezer, but by the time I need   
   something, I haven't a clue what it was from, usually...   
      
   I've been doing it a bit more lately, but for me it takes some extra   
   planning to be doing something with it in time... :)
