   To me it's hard to imagine the need for it. I've been using Gmail for years,   
   and once in a while I find it useful to dig up an old email. If I type a few   
   characters of the sender's name in the search bar, I always find it with ease.   
      
   I'd say that any email that I didn't already delete is "relevant" to me, but I   
   guess that might not be the case for everybody.
